Last week the entire RAM team went on a day out with a difference when they met business coaching and training guru Steve Crabb at Oulton Hall, Leeds.
A day full of tasks – each designed to enhance personal development and communication skills – awaited the RAM employees. Working in small groups, staff tackled various activities that allowed them to learn a huge amount about themselves and others.

Talking about his reasons for holding the event, RAM managing director Chris McClellan explained: “Regardless of how large the company grows, I want our employees to remain part of a close-knit team that keeps talking. Honest and multi-directional communication has always been key to our success, and this will not change as we continue to expand.
“Steve taught us some excellent new ways to interact with other people and learn from our experiences, and I look forward to seeing our employees put some of their new-found skills into action.
“Although the aim of the day was to come away feeling energised in a professional capacity, it was great to see everyone learning on a personal level too, and all whilst having fun!”
